Summary
This study looks at whether kidney transplant patients can safely switch from a monthly IV drug called belatacept to a self-injected drug called abatacept. The goal is to see if kidney function stays the same or improves. About 87 adults who had a kidney transplant at least 2 years ago and are currently on belatacept will take part.
