Shock wave showdown: which kidney stone treatment works best?

NCT ID NCT07334236

Summary

This study compares two ways of using shock waves to break up kidney stones. Researchers want to see if gradually increasing the energy (ramping) works better than using the same energy throughout (fixed dose). They'll measure how many people become stone-free, need repeat treatments, and experience pain or side effects.
