NCT ID NCT07568990

First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study will compare two types of ureteral access sheaths used during kidney stone surgery. One sheath has a suction feature to remove fluid and stone fragments, while the other does not. The goal is to see which device leads to better stone clearance and fewer complications. About 70 adults with kidney stones smaller than 2 cm will take part.
