New combo therapy aims to boost immune attack on kidney cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (anti-OX40 antibody) to a standard targeted therapy (axitinib) can help control advanced kidney cancer that has spread. About 62 adults whose cancer worsened after prior immunotherapy will receive either the combination or axitinib alone. The goal is to see if the combination delays cancer growth and is safe.
