New combo therapy aims to tame kidney cancer

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding a new drug (HC-7366) to standard immunotherapy (nivolumab with or without ipilimumab) can help control advanced clear cell kidney cancer. About 35 adults with stage IV disease will participate. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
