Summary
This study looks at 200 people with advanced kidney cancer to see if measuring drug levels in the blood can help doctors choose the right dose, reduce side effects, and improve survival. Researchers will also check how genes and immune responses affect treatment success. The goal is to learn how to personalize care for each patient.
