New drug combo before kidney surgery shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and fianlimab) before surgery to remove a kidney tumor is safe and practical. The researchers want to see if this approach shrinks the tumor and does not delay the planned operation. Ten adults with advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has not spread will take part.
