First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at how kidney blood flow changes during exercise and stress in healthy older African American adults compared to White adults. Researchers want to understand why African Americans face higher rates of heart and kidney problems. Participants will exercise lying down, do a cold hand test, and a mental math test during one lab visit. The findings may guide future research to reduce these health issues.
