First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination (keverprazan and amoxicillin) to treat H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers and cancer. About 477 adults will receive different doses and treatment lengths (10 or 14 days) to find the best balance of effectiveness, fewer side effects, and lower cost. The goal is to replace current four-drug regimens that often cause more side effects and are harder to follow.
