First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at 12 African American adults with a severe form of diabetes called ketosis-prone diabetes. Researchers track daily blood sugar changes as patients go into remission and use that data to build a computer model that describes the process. The goal is to better understand remission, not to test a new treatment.
