Summary
This observational study tests whether a ketone ester drink can make the gut microbiome healthier. Twenty adults aged 18 to 40 will take the drink daily for a week and provide stool samples before, during, and after. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria diversity and composition, and track any symptoms like gas or bloating.
