Summary
This study tests whether a daily ketone supplement can help adults aged 65 and older who are starting to lose strength and mobility. Over 20 weeks, 180 participants will either take a ketone drink or a placebo and be monitored for changes in physical function, immune health, and well-being. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can slow age-related decline.
