Summary
This study looks at whether a ketogenic diet—a very low-carbohydrate diet that forces the body to burn fat for energy—is safe and tolerable for overweight or obese patients with newly diagnosed endometrial cancer. Nineteen participants followed the diet before surgery to see if it could affect their metabolism and tumor tissue. The main goal was to see how many patients could complete the diet.
