First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests whether drinking a commercially available ketone product (Ketone-IQ) before bed can improve sleep quality and reduce sleep apnea severity in adults who already use a CPAP machine. Researchers will measure ketone levels in the blood and monitor sleep. The goal is to find a simple, well-tolerated option for people with obstructive sleep apnea.
