Can ketamine and mindfulness break the grip of opioid addiction?

Summary

This study tests whether adding mindfulness training to ketamine-assisted therapy helps people with opioid use disorder reduce drug use and cravings. About 88 adults currently on buprenorphine will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined therapy or ketamine with a support group. Researchers will track opioid use, cravings, and mood over time to see which approach works better.
