Summary
This early study is testing whether adding ketamine tablets to a new antidepressant can quickly reduce depression symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder. Twelve participants will take four doses of the study drug over one week while starting their regular antidepressant. The main goal is to see if depression scores improve after just one week, with follow-up lasting three more weeks.
