NCT ID NCT04589208
First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at how low doses of ketamine change brain activity and psychiatric symptoms in 35 healthy volunteers. Participants receive two identical ketamine infusions at least a week apart while their brain scans and symptom ratings are collected. The goal is to better understand the brain chemicals involved in psychosis, not to treat any disease.
