Summary
This early-stage study tests whether ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is safe and feasible for adolescents aged 15-17 with severe posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Five participants will receive three intravenous ketamine doses over six weeks, each paired with psychotherapy sessions. The study focuses on side effects and whether teens can complete the full program, with early signs of symptom improvement also tracked.
