Summary
This small pilot study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) to standard ketamine treatment helps adults with treatment-resistant depression feel better faster. All 31 participants will receive ketamine, and half will also use a VR headset during treatment. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible, but researchers will also compare mood changes between the two groups.
