Summary
This study tests whether taking Kelulut honey daily for one month can reduce dry eye and allergy symptoms in adults with allergic conjunctivitis. Participants will take either honey or a placebo syrup and continue their usual eye treatments. Researchers will measure eye moisture, cell health, and symptom changes.
