Summary
This study tests whether taking Kelulut honey daily for one month can reduce dry eye and allergy symptoms like itching, redness, and watery eyes in adults with allergic conjunctivitis. Participants will take either honey or a placebo syrup and continue their usual eye treatments. Researchers will measure eye surface health, tear film stability, and symptom changes.
