First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking kefir, a fermented probiotic drink, changes certain chemicals in the body and improves feelings of well-being. Researchers will measure substances in urine and saliva from 66 healthy adults who have never regularly consumed kefir. The goal is to understand how kefir might affect mood and health, not to treat any disease.
