First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking kefir, a fermented probiotic drink, changes certain chemicals in urine and saliva and affects how people feel. Researchers will measure amino acids and stress-related biomarkers in 66 healthy adults who have never regularly consumed kefir. The goal is to understand possible links between kefir, gut health, and emotional well-being, not to treat any disease.
