Summary

This early-stage trial tests a modified virus called KD01 that is designed to infect and kill cancer cells in women with gynecologic cancers like cervical or endometrial cancer. The study has two parts: first, to find a safe dose, and second, to see if the virus can shrink tumors, especially in younger women who wish to preserve their fertility. About 97 participants will be enrolled.
