Summary
This study tests a new medicine called S230815 in children aged 2-12 who have a severe epilepsy caused by a KCNT1 gene change. The drug is given through a spinal injection to see if it is safe and can help control seizures. The trial involves 20 children and includes a long-term follow-up for up to 72 weeks.
