Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called KarXT in 166 teenagers (ages 13-17) with schizophrenia. The goal is to see if KarXT safely reduces symptoms like hallucinations and social withdrawal better than a placebo. Participants will receive either the drug or a dummy pill for several weeks, and researchers will track changes in symptom scores and overall well-being.
