Summary
This study looks at ways to prevent kidney damage caused by contrast dye used in CT scans. It involves 190 adults hospitalized with acute heart failure and moderate kidney problems. Participants will receive either standard IV fluids or a medication to reduce fluid buildup, and researchers will compare which approach better protects kidney function.
