Summary

This study looks at two ways to prevent kidney damage from contrast dye used in CT scans for people hospitalized with acute heart failure and moderate kidney problems. One group gets standard IV fluids, the other gets a medication to reduce fluid buildup. The goal is to see which approach better protects kidney function.
