New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test a new drug called JZP815 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have specific genetic changes in the MAPK pathway. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants have typically exhausted other standard treatment options.
