First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests an injection called JYB1904 for adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-term hives) that still cause itching and welts despite taking antihistamines. About 180 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces itch and hive activity over 12 weeks. The goal is to provide better symptom control for people whose hives are not well managed by current treatments.
