This study tests an experimental injection called JYB1904 for adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-term hives and itching) that standard allergy pills don't fully control. About 180 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces itching and hives over 12 weeks. The goal is to improve daily symptoms and quality of life.
