First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a digital self-help program called Juniver, delivered through an iPhone app, to see if it can reduce symptoms of eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating. About 300 people in the UK and US will use the app for 12 weeks, and their progress will be compared to a group on a waiting list. The app includes therapy-based lessons, interactive tools, and peer support groups.
