New cancer drug enters first human testing for advanced tumors

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called JSKN022. Researchers want to find the safest dose and check for early signs that it might help control advanced solid tumors. The study will enroll 225 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments or who cannot receive standard care.
