New cancer drug enters first human testing for advanced tumors

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called JSKN022. It aims to find a safe dose and check for early signs that the drug might help control advanced solid tumors in patients who have run out of standard treatment options. The study will enroll about 225 adults to carefully monitor how their bodies handle the drug and if their tumors respond.
