First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called JSKN003 against the usual treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer that has returned or spread. About 60 people who have not had prior therapy for advanced disease will be randomly assigned to receive either JSKN003 or a standard combination of trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and docetaxel. The goal is to see which approach works better and is safer as a first treatment.
