New combo therapy targets tough pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study is for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. It tests a new drug called JPI-547 given together with standard chemotherapy. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination is safe and helps shrink or control the cancer. About 71 participants will take part.
