Summary
This study is creating a registry of 2000 people with GERD (chronic heartburn) and related conditions like Barrett's esophagus. Researchers will collect medical records and survey data over 5 years to better understand how these diseases are diagnosed and treated. Participants must be willing to complete follow-up questionnaires.
