Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, JNJ-95437446, in people with advanced solid tumors like lung, colorectal, or head and neck cancers that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to find safe doses and check for side effects. About 380 participants will take part to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how long any benefit lasts.
