Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug, JNJ-89853413, in about 64 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic neoplasms have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can help control the cancer. Participants will be closely monitored for side effects and how the drug works in their body.
