Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called JNJ-87704916, a virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells. It is injected directly into tumors, either alone or with another drug (cetrelimab), for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if it shrinks tumors.
