Summary

This study will follow 4000 children in Cambodia to understand how common Japanese Encephalitis virus infections are, both in healthy kids and those hospitalized with fever and brain symptoms. Researchers will test blood samples to measure infection rates and look for risk factors. The goal is to improve detection and tracking of this serious disease.
