First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether combining two drugs, JDB153 and serplulimab, can safely shrink tumors in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Ten participants aged 18-75 will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and tumor response. The goal is to find a new option for a cancer that is very hard to treat.
