Summary
This study explores whether listening to jazz music combined with mindfulness exercises can reduce chronic pain and anxiety in adults. About 90 participants with chronic pain and moderate anxiety will try this non-drug approach. The goal is to find a safer, non-addictive way to manage pain without relying on opioids.
