This study looks at how jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery) affects not just your bite and appearance, but also your emotions, jaw muscles, sleep quality, and pain. Researchers will follow 100 patients before and after surgery using scans, muscle tests, and questionnaires. The goal is to better understand what patients experience so doctors can improve care.
