First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study compares two maintenance treatments for people with high-risk multiple myeloma after initial therapy. One group gets ixazomib plus a lower dose of lenalidomide, the other gets ixazomib alone. The goal is to see which approach better delays the cancer's return. About 100 adults with specific high-risk genetic features are being recruited.
