Summary
This study tests a precision medicine approach for people with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific genetic change called an IDH1 mutation. Participants will receive a combination of ivosidenib (a targeted pill) plus either lenvatinib or an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors or slow disease progression in patients whose cancer has not responded to standard chemotherapy.
