New hope for rare bile duct cancer: Real-World study of targeted drug ivosidenib

Summary
This study looks at how well the drug ivosidenib works for people with a rare and aggressive bile duct cancer that has a specific gene change (IDH1 R132 mutation). About 100 adults in Germany who have already had at least one prior cancer treatment will take ivosidenib as prescribed by their doctor. Researchers will track how long the cancer is kept from growing, quality of life, and side effects in everyday medical practice.
