Summary
This study looks back at the medical records of 250 adults with a specific genetic subtype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who received the drug Ivosidenib through a special access program in France. The goal is to see how well the drug works and how safe it is in everyday medical practice, both for newly diagnosed patients and those whose cancer has returned or not responded to treatment. The findings may help support future approval of Ivosidenib in Europe.
