Summary
This study looks at whether starting palliative care early can help adults with aggressive leukemias or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) have a better end-of-life experience. Researchers will compare where patients die (home, hospice, or hospital) and how often they need hospital care. The goal is to improve quality of life, not to cure the disease.
