New hope for colorectal cancer patients: ivonescimab combo tested against standard care

Summary
This study compares two drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that does not have a liver metastasis. Participants will receive either the standard treatment (FOLFIRI + bevacizumab) or an experimental combination (FOLFIRI + ivonescimab) every two weeks for up to 24 months. The goal is to see if the new combination helps keep the cancer from growing longer. About 130 adults will take part.
